Executive leadership for companies at a turning point.

New Paradigm LLC is Bart Tichelman's contract executive practice: he steps in as CEO when a company needs to be turned around, grown, or prepared for sale, for as long as the job takes. Founded in 2002.

The work

Brought in when a company has to change, and accountable for the result.

Investors, boards, and founders bring Bart in when a company has stalled, needs a new direction, or is heading toward a financing or a sale. He takes the CEO, COO, or board seat for a defined engagement, sets the plan, rebuilds the team where needed, and hands back a company in better shape than he found it.

Most of the work has been in power electronics, solar and energy infrastructure, and data-center technology.

Turnaround

Stabilize the business, narrow the focus, cut what is not working, and secure the financing to get through.

Interim leadership

Run the company for a defined term while the board finds or develops a permanent leader.

Growth and exit

Build the operation to scale, then prepare it for a financing, a sale, or a handover to a permanent team.

The record

Thirty years of turnarounds, financings, and exits.
